What happens next?

Once we receive your documents we will issue you with our M.E.C Mortgages welcome pack. This will include everything relevant to you and give you helpful factsheets, along with a personalise folder, notebook and pen to help you keep track and take notes throughout your journey.

You will have an in depth meeting with your personal Mortgage and Protection Specialist, who will talk you through everything at your own pace, while formulating your personalised advice for your mortgage, protection or commercial needs.

Getting the offer

We handle everything, taking the stress off you! We have specialist tools to help you make offers, research the area you want to buy and even work out rental potential. We work closely with your agent and even supply solicitors that are tried and tested, so the sooner you speak to us in your journey, the better for you.

Once your property offer is agreed, we set off researching all our lenders to secure you not only the best rates, but make certain it meets everything you need. We efficiently handle the applications and ensure you get your mortgage offer quickly, allowing you to focus on more important thing, like what colour to paint the walls!
